I want to host a room so that my friend can play with only me, Me and my friend use wippien to connect, but my friend use command open id ( id is my id in wippien), he said that he just see the black screen with words :" Coneccting to 5.xxxxxxx), and finally he can't connect with me. it seems the problem is your router,
you must release the following ports on your router:
7707 UDP/IP (Game Port)
7708 UDP/IP (Query Port)
7717 UDP/IP (GameSpy Query Port)
28852 TCP/IP and UDP (Allows your Server to Connect to the Master Server Browser)
8075 TCP/IP (Port set via ListenPort that your WebAdmin will run on)
20560 UDP/IP (Steam Port)

yes, you can choose the option Both,

Only those who create the server (host) is necessary to do this procedure, otherwise it is optional.

Game Port: External port: 7707 | Internal port: 7707 | Protocol: UDP
Query Port: External port: 7708 | Internal port: 7708 | Protocol: UDP
GameSpy Query Port: External port: 7717 | Internal port: 7717 | Protocol: UDP
Listen Port: External port: 8075 | Internal port: 8075 | Protocol: TCP
Steam Port: External port: 20560 | Internal port: 20560 | Protocol: UDP
Master Server Browser: External port: 28852 | Internal port: 28852 | Protocol: TCP
