I think some clarification and a correction is needed. Phoenix, I thought something was off but just now had a chance to verify. CST and PST has a 2 hour difference and CST to Eastern is 1 hour.

I am currently CST and that is GMT-6.

GMT would be 8:00 pm (same day) Australia is broken into sections here is link click your section if it says GMT + then add it up.
