I've seen references to M367 but I'm not sure what it is. It seems to be some kind of painkiller, but how strong is it? Is it a regular prescription or something that can be addictive? Does anyone have experience with it?

Tablets labeled M367 are indeed a painkiller. They are classified as opioid analgesics, so you should be aware of the possible risks associated with addiction before taking them.

M367 is a prescription drug containing hydrocodone and acetaminophen used to relieve moderate to severe pain. It is an opioid, meaning that long-term use can cause dependence and serious side effects, including respiratory depression. Due to the risk of abuse and overdose, its use is strictly controlled https://unitedrecoveryproject.com/rehab-blog/m367-pills/ . If pain relief is needed, it is important to consult with a doctor.
